Meet Dr. Serena




Dr. Serena McKenzie, ND, IF, NCMP has been working in healthcare since 1995. She is an evidence-based, holistic primary care physician and is a sexual medicine, menopause and pelvic floor expert. She is triple certified as a sexual medicine fellow (IF) through International Society for Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH), a nationally certified Menopause Practitioner (NCMP) through the North American Menopause Society (NAMS) as well as a sex counselor through American Association of Sex Educators and Therapists (AASECT). She specializes in a multi-disciplinary, whole life approach in evaluation and treatment of primary care complaints, with expert attention as well to sexual concerns, pelvic floor dysfunction and healthy menopause. She is a solo physician in practice in Dr. Serena Healthcare, and works alongside outstanding urology and urogynecology providers as an affiliate of Washington Urology & Urogynecology PLLC.
